  A complimentary house coffee when you sit the opening afternoon. Show the treat QR at the bar — not cash, not a wage, not a crew pansit.

• A sunset seat · 2:00 PM

  One named ridge seat for the opening afternoon only — September 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Date and hour are locked. You sit through golden hour.

• A table · 2:00 PM

  One named table for the same opening. Not a stay, not a tour, not next Saturday. Regular dates open when the clock lifts.

• A ridge keep

  A tasting note, a sunset stamp, and a small keep from the house when the pour lands. Surprises sit on the same card.

Mechanics

• Every public page is this clock

  Until September 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM, Manila time, the website and the app show only the countdown. Menu, shop, stays, walk-in, skip-the-line, cakes, and Rewards wait. No extra switch.

• The only hold is the opening afternoon

  Sunset seats and tables, September 25 at 2:00 PM. You cannot pick another date or hour. You cannot hold a stay, a tour, or a weekday lunch from this clock.

• Regular booking waits for 2pm

  After the clock, every date and hour from that instant is online — tables, sunset, stays, shop, menu, the door. Sunset seats and table holds are then encouraged on weekends and holidays from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, or when you hire a whole room. Stays and tours keep their own calendar. Nothing books for a morning that has already passed, and nothing books before September 25.

• When we ask you to hold a sunset seat or table

  Weekends and Philippine holidays, 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Exclusive hire of a named space — any day, any hour. Coffee, weekday lunch, and a two-top at the door stay walk-in. Rooms and day tours are not under this rule.

• Members unlock automatically

  Sign in with Google, X, or a house email. Rewards members are seated at once — house pour and keep land on the card, then you name a sunset seat or a table for 2pm. The sandbox demo user is not a member.

• A friend’s invite is the same gift

  Open /r/their-code. You get the opening-afternoon hold, the pour, and the keep. They still earn Green Points when you pay after we open. Opening the link is not a visit.

• Everyone else can claim

  Name, a mobile or email, and consent under R.A. 10173. Then pick a sunset seat or a table for 2pm. Following on social is not a claim.

• How the pour is redeemed

  One complimentary house coffee per early-access guest, scanned at the bar on opening afternoon. Not transferable after scan. Not cash. Not bottled retail.

• What happens at 2:00 PM

  The countdown lifts. The opening hold is already a real table. Menu, shop, stays, and every later date go live. Live 86 and the peak walk-in bank start on that clock.
