House terms
A table, a stay, a cup. Consumer Act (R.A. 7394) and the E-Commerce Act (R.A. 8792) sit under these house rules.

These terms cover the public website, the café, merch, rewards, and this booking desk. Room contracts also follow Cloudbeds. Dining holds follow the Booking terms.
The board
Prices are in Philippine pesos. The board you see is the board we honor that day. Weather, farm lots, and private events can move a dish or last call.
Nutrition figures are kitchen estimates. Allergens: tell the floor before you sit. We cook one kitchen — cross-contact is possible.
Senior citizens and PWDs: 20% discount plus VAT exemption on qualified spend when a valid OSCA or PWD ID is shown at the till (R.A. 9994 / R.A. 7277). The site does not auto-apply it.
Wine and sparkling are 18+. The floor will refuse.
Reservations and stays
A reservation is a hold, not a deed. Full table, package, add-on, weather, and no-show rules live on Booking terms.
Stays: inventory, tax, and cancel sit on the Cloudbeds booking. This site lists rooms; Cloudbeds is the contract.
Merch follows the same malasakit — cancel with notice and we will try to fill the order or credit the wallet.
The site
The site is for guests and partners. Misuse of the till, wallet, or ledger is refused.
House wallet is café credit, not a BSP e-money product. Do not treat it as a bank.
Until live PayMongo keys sit on Ops, Connect and wallet are demo. We will not call a demo load cash.
Delivery from the ridge
When you choose deliver, type the exact street. Google Maps and Waze find that pin. The rider’s charge is estimated from that live drive — and is payable to the rider when the tray lands, not on the café PayMongo slip. Food is paid here. The peso, the carrier, and the estimated arrival are shown before you pay the tray (R.A. 7394 / DTI).
Lalamove and GrabExpress Instant from this house are motorcycle cargo bookings, not passenger motorcycle taxis. The guest is not a rider. J&T is a parcel rail. Hot food rides a same-day cargo booking only.
Once the tray leaves the pass, the carrier’s own terms cover the road. We stay responsible for how the food was packed. Arrival times are estimates. Weather, Manila East Road, or a late kitchen can move the clock.
Your street, village, and mobile are personal information under R.A. 10173. We use them to dispatch the rider and write the ship note. We do not sell the pin.
Complaints
File at Help. We number the ticket and answer in seven working days. DTI remains open if we fail you.
