Not refundable as cash at any time.

The same amount is credited to the dining bill the night you sit, or kept as house credit for 90 days if you cancel, reschedule, transfer to immediate family, or miss the 30-minute grace.

Credited to that package bill, or 90-day house credit if you cancel before the sitting.

Cancel 14 days or more before the date: deposit returned less tasting or artist fees already spent.

Inside 14 days: house credit only, 90 days. Artist fees inside 7 days stay spent.

Cancel 48 hours or more before check-in: stay amount back less a ₱500 desk fee. Cloudbeds is the binding stay contract if it is stricter.

Inside 48 hours: credit for another night within 90 days, unless Cloudbeds writes a different window.

Cancel 24 hours or more before the start: full tour fee back to the same rail. PayMongo / bank fees the rail already took stay with the rail.

Inside 24 hours: 50% as house credit. No-show: no refund.

Weather or a house close: we move the walk or credit 100%. We do not keep a weather fee.

Romantic set-up, cake, flowers, music: prepared once paid. Artist and perishable fees are not returned inside 7 days.

Unused wallet load: same-rail return within 30 days if PayMongo allows; otherwise it stays on the house wallet.

Merch and pasalubong: 7 days, unused, with receipt. Opened food or a custom print does not return.

We answer in seven working days. Approved cash rails take 5–15 banking days.

House credit lives on your member file and this browser. Unused credit dies after 90 days.
