How to fight a K-Boodle
K-Boodle is Korean grill on a Filipino leaf. It is not a set meal with a photograph.
Say how many you are. The pack and the rice follow — jasmine and garlic-kimchi in banana-leaf baskets.
Then the fight: beef, pork, chicken, the sea; greens from the dawn market; sinigang or bulalo or the pot they wrote that morning; five sides — japchae, kimchi, ensaladang mangga, laing, kangkong bagoong.
Scissors, gloves, tea, the leaf — already on the table. Open Menu, tap K-Boodle, start with Barkada or Papang.
