What the house counts

Grouped the way a site visit walks — access first, then power, then the stay, then the loop.

House rules

How a night stays good

1. 01

   No plastic sky

No balloons, no glitter, no foam. Petals, leaves, and cloth only. We compost what falls.

2. 02

   Fire stays in the kitchen

No fireworks, sparklers, or open flame on the cliff. Candles only in the glass we provide.

3. 03

   Sound has a close

Weeknights music ends 23:00. Friday–Saturday 01:00. The valley is a neighbour.

4. 04

   Smoke at the mark

One designated bay, downwind of the deck. Not on the lawn, not in rooms.

5. 05

   Drones need a note

No flight over the cliff without a written hold. We share the air with birds and the view.

6. 06

   The kitchen is the kitchen

Outside food only with corkage in writing. Leftovers go to the food loop, not the bin.

7. 07

   Children with an adult

The ridge is a cliff. Under 12 stay with a named adult. No running the eave.

8. 08

   Hold and deposit

Table ₱500 / ₱1,000. Package ₱5,000. Not cash-refundable — consumable on the bill. Transferable to immediate family. Rescheduling allowed. 30 minutes past the hour, the table opens for whoever is waiting.

9. 09

   Release

Event and stay: cancel 14 days out and the deposit returns minus tasting. Table holds stay as credit. After 30 minutes late, the seat is released; the credit remains.

10. 10
