Bayanihan hiring
One Direction. We move the house together.
The old picture: neighbors lift a bahay kubo onto their shoulders. That is how we hire, how we work, and how we cover a rest day. Name someone. We walk the first fourteen days with them. Zero silos. We do not say “that is not my job.”
01
Name a neighbor
The best hire is often the person already carrying a house on this ridge. Crew refer first.
02
Barangay first
Angono, Binangonan, Taytay, Tanay. East Ridge applicants skip the distant pile.
03
Walk with them
Fourteen days with a buddy. The old bayanihan — we move the house together.
04
Keep the ridge
Wages, tips, and pride stay local. We do not extract people for a far HQ.
Barangay first
Applications from these halls skip the distant pile. Fit score jumps.

What the crew keeps
Performance gas allowance for consistent guest service. Locally Yours bayanihan — local culture, local pride. Net Zero 2050 is the job on the station. Pabigas pays the month, not the sunset.
Meals on shift
A bowl from the same pass. No one works hungry.
Performance gas allowance
Crew who consistently serve the guest at their best get a monthly gas pad for the Eastridge climb — not a perk for the clock, a thank-you for the floor.
Locally Yours bayanihan
We hire the ridge and keep the ridge. Local culture, local pride, the old lift. Bayanihan is how we work, not a poster.
Last-jeep fare
If the last trip has gone, the ridge gets you home.
SSS · PhilHealth · Pag-IBIG
On the books. No envelope wages.
13th month
Paid as the law asks. No one has to chase it in December.
Night differential
The house runs to 2am. Hours after ten are paid as night work.
Monthly pabigas incentive
For crew who keep the house burning and the guest experience consistent — any hour of the shift, not only sunset. Green close ticks sit with it. A monthly extra on top of the wage. Eligibility is written below.
Loop keeper / Net Zero pin
The station that closed the loop without a steward standing over it. Named on the first Monday. Worn on the black.
Rest day kept
A schedule the barangay can plan around.
VL and sick leave
Earned leave you can actually take. File it; we cover the pass.
Uniform and laundry
House blacks and a wash. You do not buy the look.
House Training, paid
Academy hours are on the clock. How the book, the guest, and the ridge work.
Neighbor referral
₱2,000 when the person you name stays 90 days.
Buddy for 14 days
No one is left to sink. The crew lifts with you.
Monthly pabigas incentive
Who earns it
Not a one-night hero. Consistency of guest experience across the month — the house still burning at 10pm the way it was at 3.
A monthly extra on the wage. The desk names the amount each first Monday.
Show up
Scheduled shifts kept. Late more than twice in the month drops the pad.
Guest experience, every hour
Same warmth at open, peak, and last pour. A compliment at sunset does not cover a cold breakfast.
No open guest wound
No unresolved complaint that month. A miss is coached; a pattern is not paid.
Lift the pass
You help the station next to you. Bayanihan is scored, not only your own tray.
Close the loop
Ceramic, caddy, dark rooms, named lot. Green axis 4+ with guest 4+ locks the pad. A compost photo is not a month of ticks.
Floor still kicking
Energy holds when the ridge is quiet. The house does not sleep on a Tuesday.
Minimum month
At least 12 shifts (or the posted full-time load). New crew become eligible after the 14-day buddy.
Floor lead + one guest signal (card, note, or named compliment) + green close ticks + no write-up. Named on the first Monday for the month just closed. Cash extra sits on top of the wage — not instead of 13th month or service charge.
Recognition
How the house says thank you
Monthly pabigas
The cash extra for consistent guest experience. Criteria above. Not a raffle.
Performance gas
Separate pad for the Eastridge climb — for the same consistent floor, so the ride home is not the tax.
Apoy ng buwan
One name on the bar each month. The crew who kept the fire — guest, loop, and neighbor. A pin, a pour, and the floor’s thanks.
Loop keeper
The station that closed Net Zero without a steward standing over it. Named with apoy.
Guest-named shout
When a guest writes your name, it is read at briefing and noted on the card. Three in a month is a pabigas lock.
Bayanihan pin
For the person who lifted a neighbor’s station. Local pride, worn on the black.
Extra rest day
One paid rest, scheduled with you, after a hard month that still stayed kind.
Family table
A meal on the house for two — so the barangay tastes what you keep alive.
Holiday first pick
Consistent crew choose Ninoy, Undas, and Noche Buena shifts first — premium hours, not a punishment.
Name a neighbor
₱2,000 when they stay 90 days. The desk calls them first.
