Cooperative
Cordillera Arabica Collective
Atok & Sagada, Cordillera
Forty-two smallholders wash, dry, and mill Arabica on shared patios. Kabesera takes named lots — washed Benguet and Sagada medium — and prints the farm on the espresso board. The living doors in Benguet are ACOGMAC in Atok, the Kibungan Arabica Coffee Growers MPC, TOCAGMA and BACOGA in La Trinidad, and the provincial Benguet Arabica Coffee Enterprise (BACE) trading floor in Wangal. Families keep the parchment price.

Farmer
Lipa Barako Growers
Lipa, Batangas
Third-generation Liberica growers on the Lipa slopes. We buy ripe cherry, not mixed bags, so the Pinoy latte and the long black still carry that wild Batangas finish.

Cooperative
Sultan Kudarat Robusta Circle
Isulan, Sultan Kudarat
A Mindanao cooperative that sorted Robusta into espresso-grade lots. Their beans hold the crema in our House Blend and keep the price honest for the farmers who pick them.

Farmer
Quezon Coconut Collective
Catanauan, Quezon

Artisan
Higantes Craft Circle
Angono, Rizal

₱ 186,000 direct this season

Cooperative
Habing Rizal Multipurpose Cooperative
Morong, Rizal
Habing Rizal is Kabesera’s named weave desk in Morong — a CDA multipurpose cooperative of handweavers, not a factory label. Fibre is Philippine abaca (Musa textilis) grown in Bicol, graded, then warped and woven on backstrap and pedal looms in Barangay San Guillermo. Members keep the yard price. Kabesera buys finished totes, eco-bags, and twine; handles that fail come back to the same loom. The name follows habi — to weave — and the province that hosts the house.

Artisan
Cordillera Weavers Table
Bontoc & Baguio
A table of weavers supplying napkins, runners, and merch totes. Patterns stay with the community; Kabesera pays for the yard, not a factory print.
₱ 242,000 direct this season

Artisan
Batangas Tablea House
Taal, Batangas
A family tablea house that still stones cacao for our tsokolate and mocha builds. Beans from nearby farms, discs wrapped in paper, not foil.

Farmer
RNC Cacao Farm
Sampiro Rd., Brgy. Plaza Aldea, Tanay, Rizal
Romeo and Nancy Casco grow cacao on Sampiro Road, Plaza Aldea, Tanay. Kabesera pastry, dessert, and the bar take the beans as tablea, drinking chocolate, and house chocolate — a named Rizal lot, not a blend we cannot point to.
₱ 96,000 direct this season

Company
Moolk Creamery
Moolk Farm, Tanay, Rizal
Moolk Creamery Corp milks at Moolk Farm in Tanay. Kabesera pastry, dessert, and the bar take their fresh milk, chocolate milk, milk tea, yogurt, and pastillas — a cold chain we can name, not a tetra we cannot.
₱ 189,000 direct this season

Cooperative
Tanay Highland Coffee Samahan
Sampaloc & Marilaque, Tanay, Rizal
Rizal is not a bulk coffee province. It is a thin belt on the Sierra Madre: Liberica and Robusta under shade, a little Arabica where the Marilaque climbs. The samahan is Kabesera’s Locally Yours desk for those lots — barangay growers around Sampaloc and the uplands, kawa-roasted the way Tanay cafés still do it. We do not pretend this is Lipa or Atok. We print Tanay on the board when a sack is honest. History sits next door: in the 1820s Paul de la Gironière planted coffee at Jala-Jala and won the Sociedad prize for six thousand trees. The mountain never forgot; the trade did. This circle is the remember.
